We wouldn’t advise it.
Although being caffeine free, several of the ingredients in this product may cause unpleasant side effects.
Doubling up your servings increases the chances of this happening to you dramatically.
What about the ingredients in Pumped Volumizer?
Both good and bad.
Some of the ingredients used in this product are essential to great pumps and a good workout.
However some of them may cause side effects, have no effect at all, or even hinder your pump (check L-Lysine).
Here’s what you need to know:
One of the better vasodilators out there – and bwell dosed too.
It works by being converted into L-Arginine after being absorbed by your body. This helps to promote Nitric Oxide – A vasodilator that dilates blood vessels and increases overall muscle pumps.
With 6000mg per serving, there’s a good amount here in Red X Lab’s Pumped Volumizer which definitely makes all the difference.
A partly effective amino acid, that does have some effect – but it can also cause trouble.
The main way it works it is by buffering the acid in your muscles – this can help to increase overall power output and endurance.
However, studies have shown it may cause side effects.
More on that in the later section.
An amino acid used primarily to help with symptoms of herpes – we’re not joking.
There has been no real benefit reported with this addition – in fact it may even cause problems.
Inhibiting the neurotransmitter used by L-Arginine to promote blood flow – L-Lysine may even decreases nitric oxide, reducing overall muscle pumps.
It’s not a great addition.
A metabolite of L-Arginine that may help to reduce pain – although human studies are limited.
Agmatine may reduce your body’s perception of pain, which could allow you to train harder for longer.
However, this has only been witnessed in animal studies. There are no real human results.
This means you don’t know if this nutrient will actually work.
An anti stressor which may help with focus.
L-Tyrosine has been seen to improve happy hormones such as serotonin and dopamine – all while reducing overall stress.
This may help with focus and concentration in the gym. Helping you keep a calm head during intense training.
A learning nutrient.
Choline helps promote focus and your brain’s ability to retain information.
It’s a good option for concentration, and helps keep you in the zone during training.
One of the poorer additions to this pre workout.
Thought to help with cognitive decline – however the studies behind it show otherwise.
This is a poor brain booster, that may even cause side effects.
It’s not a good option.
A better option.
Linked to improving overall focus, mood and helping to lower anxiety – this brain booster can make you sharper, calmer and more focused.
Definitely what you need when you’re facing a tough session.
Not that good of an option.
Although used in energy drinks – the benefits of Taurine aren’t stimulating.
It may help to improve blood flow – but that’s really the only effect you’ll get.

Your main risks here are the Beta Alanine and DMAE.
Beta Alanine has been seen to cause paresthesia – a condition which causes an itching in both the hands and face.
Although not that harmful, it can be incredibly distracting during a tough session.
The DMAE is more dangerous.
Having been linked to causing birth defects in pregnant women, DMAE can have dangerous long term side effects – and it’s still being studied for more problems.
As far as we’re concerned, the cons of this product heavily outweigh the pros – we wouldn’t recommend it.
